Terms and Conditions – Courses

Terms and Conditions for course enrolment:

All workshops have a minimum enrolment required for the workshop to run. If Perth Art Glass reschedules or cancels a workshop the class fee can be transferred to a rescheduled date or applied to a different class.  The fee will be refunded in full if preferred by the student. Perth Art Glass is not responsible for reimbursing travel costs or other associated fees.

Transfers and cancellations will incur a NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE administration charge.

A transfer of dates or to a different class up to 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class will incur a $25 administration charge.  If a transfer is requested in fewer than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the students place. If the place is filled a refund less the $25 administration fee will be given.  If a date change has been requested we cannot offer a refund on a subsequent cancellation or a second transfer.

A full cancellation up to 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class will incur a $50 administration charge. If a cancellation is requested in fewer than 7 business days prior to the beginning of a class no refund will be given unless we are able to fill the students place. If the place is filled a refund less the $50 administration fee will be given.
