Please read the Terms and Conditions below for making purchases through the Perth Art Glass – Online Store.

Conditions of Use

Currency

All prices on the website are expressed in Australian dollars and payment is only accepted in Australian dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments, and use E-way as our secure payment gateway.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

All product prices listed on the website are inclusive of Australian GST.

The calculated shipping costs, for all products shipped within Australia, are added to the total during the Check-Out process. These shipping costs are also inclusive of Australian GST.

Warranties

Consumer guarantee applies to all products listed on the Perth Art Glass Online Store, to comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cwlth).

Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders purchased through the Perth Art Glass website are delivered by Australia Post.  We offer their regular Parcel Post or Express Post shipping services, with the added options of Extras Cover for Loss or Damages, and/or Signature on Deliver. Every package sent from our store receives a Tracking Number, which will be provided to the customer through a confirmation email.

Please note that Australia Post does not offer a “fragile” delivery service. We recommend purchasing Extras Cover for Loss or Damages for glass and more costly orders, as we can not guarantee the safe delivery of your package once it leaves our store and is in the hands of Australia Post.  Although it is unlikely to occur, should your order be lost by Australia Post, Perth Art Glass will not be liable for the cost of the order.

Order Processing Time

We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. Orders will usually be processed within two working days and dispatched with the next available Australia Post service. The general Australia Post delivery times are 2 to 5 days for regular Parcel Post and 1 to 2 days for Express Post. Express Post is only available to Capital City areas. Please allow for a maximum of 10 working days for Parcel Post and 5 working days for Express Post before receiving your order. If we expect there will be delay on the delivery of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Returns

During Check-Out you are given the option to insure your order against loss during shipping. Every order we post receives a Tracking Number, making it easier for us to monitor the delivery of your package and avoid losses. If for some reason you do not receive your order, please contact the store to discuss your options.

At Perth Art Glass, all orders are dealt with personally and professionally by our dedicated staff, and we endeavour to pack each order in the safest and most cost effective way. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure there are no product breakages during the delivery process. We rarely experience breakages, but if you do come across a break please contact the store as soon as possible to discuss your options. As previously mentioned, Australia Post does not offer a “fragile” delivery service. We recommend purchasing Extras Cover for Loss or Damages for glass and more costly orders, as we can not guarantee the safe delivery of your package once it leaves our store and is in the hands of Australia Post. Please do not return items without first contacting the store for approval. Unapproved items will not be accepted or refunded. If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, please notify us within two working days and we will discuss with you the best plan of action. If we have sent you incorrect merchandise and can verify this with our management systems, we will pay for the return and replacement of your order. Please always contact the store first to discuss any discrepancies and we will deal with your concerns to the best of our ability.

Other approved returns, such as an incorrect purchase on the customers part, will be accepted up to 14 days after you receive your order but will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and you will be required to pay for return shipping.  We will not generally approve the return of products not in their original condition or manufacturers packaging.
