Boron Nitride Glass Release Spray provides a water-based Boron Nitride paint as an alternative to the solvent-based aerosol. Just like the ZYP aerosol, this new easy-to-use trigger sprayer allows the application of Boron Nitride onto most any non-glazed (i.e., bisque) surface, substrate or mold.

Easily separate your glass projects from their molds after firing with the convenience of ZYP Coatings, available in aerosol, spray, and brushable applications.

ZYP is the only Boron Nitride Glass Separator rated for higher fusing temperatures (up to 1800° F); however, it is best suited for shallow castings and slumping.

Cleaning Instructions for the Trigger Sprayer

The squeeze-trigger sprayer is shipped separately from the bottle to prevent clogging.

When spraying molds always start with a clean sprayer.
