Instructions for Use
It is important to properly care for The Grinder using the below instructions:
- Please always make sure the water level is at the lowest possible while still feeding water to the bit. Our engineers approximated the optimal amount of water to be just about 2-4mm above the round raised part of the basin when the unit is on a level surface. If you are unsure, please contact Perth Art Glass or view the instructional videos on the Techniglass website.
- Dip the Aqua Flow brush in water prior to grinding. You should always install the Aqua Flow brush in water prior to grinding. You should always install the Aqua Flow System base, then the Quick-Fit Bit System, the water, then insert the Aqua Flow System Brush into the base ensuring there are no bristles caught underneath the bit.
- When the Lumishield LED light is not inserted, do not let water enter the insertion point. Please use the white Lumisheeild cap when Lumishield is not in use (Grinder 1 ONLY). Use caution when placing and removing the water tray.
- The highly sophisticated motor in the Grinder is specially designed to not be used with coolant or a foot pedal. Use of either may void the warranty.
- Be sure to operate The Grinder on a sturdy and level work surface to ensure optimal water level.
