Have you been thinking about starting glass art but don’t know where to begin? Try one of our glass art workshops with an experienced glass artists to find out all the tips and tricks you need to begin.
Most of our classes are designed for beginners and our instructors will guide students through cutting glass to creating a beautiful custom piece of art. In our classroom, you will have access to all the tools of the trade and detailed instructions on how to use each.

Copperfoiling for Beginners

| $180.00A class perfect for beginners. This one day course covers the basic principles of glass cutting, foiling and assembly so that you can make your own copper foil creations!
In this course, students will create two glass feathers to take home with them. Student may select the art glass they wish to use from our range in the workshop. During the class, our knowledgeable teacher Claire, will also demonstrate the use of hobby came and tinned wire, giving students an excellent overview of skills used in copperfoiling.
After mastering the basics, students may wish to participate in one of our intermediate copperfoiling courses where we will create terrariums, lamps and jewellery boxes. Students who have previously attended one of our copperfoiling classes, will receive 10% off the intermediate courses.
Costs include materials and hire of tools. Students can bring their own tools if preferred.
