Grinding Wheel Installation:

1. Apply lubricant to the engine shaft before installing the grinding wheel.
2. Mount the grinding wheel onto the engine shaft, ensuring the fixed screw position is higher than the engine shaft. The grinding wheel should be positioned with at least 1/8″ of the diamond part above the operating table.
3. Fix the grinding wheel on the shaft using a hexagonal wrench in a clockwise direction.

Important Notes:

1. Water Usage: It is essential to use water during the grinding process. Ensure the grinding wheel remains wet to prevent overheating and maintain optimal performance.
2. Controlled Strength: When using the grinding wheel, apply gentle pressure. Excessive force can reduce the service life of both the grinder and the grinding wheel.
3. Reservoir Cleaning: After each use, clean the reservoir and remove any remaining residue from grinding.
4. Maintenance and Lubrication: To prolong the service life of the grinder, clean the engine shaft and apply lubricating oil. It is recommended to remove all grinding wheels and fixing screws after every 25 hours of use.
5. Avoid Grinding Metal: Do not attempt to grind metal with this tool. Grinding metal can damage the grinding wheel, rendering it ineffective for glass grinding purposes.
